What counts as an API call?
Each MCP tool invocation counts as one API call. Batch operations that trigger multiple OCS requests count as one call from the Carrier quota perspective.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

What networks are in the sandbox?
